QR menu & table ordering
Guests order from the table. You stop taking orders.
A guest scans the code on the table, reads the menu in their own language and sends the order. It arrives in the kitchen with the table attached, goes onto the tab, and the bill is settled at the table. No app to install.
How it works
- 1
Scan
The guest scans the code on the table. The menu opens in the browser.
- 2
Order
They choose, add notes, apply a campaign code and send the order.
- 3
Settle
Orders build the table's tab. Pay at the table or at the counter.
What is included
QR menu and ordering
Each table has its own code. Guests read the menu, order from their phone and the order lands in the kitchen with the table already attached.
Menus in 34 languages
Write your menu in as many of the 34 catalogue languages as you need, or add one that is not listed. Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Urdu run right to left.
Allergens and ingredients
All fourteen declarable allergens, with a distinction between “contains” and “may contain traces”. Shown on the item, not buried on a back page.
Tabs and split bills
Orders accumulate on the table's tab. Split the bill by person or by item, print kitchen and guest tickets to a thermal printer.
Recipes, stock and margin
Enter a recipe and stock is deducted as you sell. Plate cost and margin are shown on the same screen where you set the price.
Reports and staff roles
Revenue, collection, busiest hours, best sellers. Staff see only what their role allows, and branch-bound staff see only their branch.
Who uses it
Cafés and coffee shops
Fast counter service or full table service.
Restaurants and meyhanes
Tabs, split bills, kitchen tickets.
Chains and multi-branch
Per-branch menus, prices, staff and campaigns.
Mobile apps
Two apps: one for staff to run orders, the floor plan and quick sales, one for guests to keep their order code and get a notification when it is ready.
Roles and branches
A server sees orders. A manager sees reports and the floor plan. Staff tied to a branch cannot see another branch's data — enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Pricing
Annual, per venue. Prices are shown excluding VAT; Turkish VAT of 20% is added at checkout.
Menu only
Menu, allergens, 34 languages, themes. No ordering.
3.900 ₺ + VAT / year
4.680 ₺ incl. VAT
QR ordering
Everything: ordering, tabs, floor plan, stock, reports.
14.900 ₺ + VAT / year
17.880 ₺ incl. VAT
Additional branches are 2.999 ₺ + VAT each per year. From 5 branches upward, and for custom modules on top of the standard product, pricing is quoted after we scope the work — quoting before knowing the scope would be a promise we cannot keep.

All articlesWhat is a QR menu, and what does it actually change?
A QR menu opens when a guest scans a code at the table. Here is what it solves, what it does not solve, and which venues genuinely benefit from one.
TourismHow many languages should your menu have?
English alone is rarely enough in a tourist area. How to pick languages from actual guest data, why right-to-left scripts are a separate job, and what not to translate.
OperationsMenu pricing: never set a price before you know the plate cost
Pricing by looking at the café next door is the most expensive habit in the trade. How to work out plate cost, waste allowance and a target food cost percentage.
